**Our Client**

We are currently sourcing for a Health based Non-profit organisation in inner Melbourne. They are involved specifically in research, and they are making strides in re-imagining the future of Children's health.

**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the Engineering chapter, while collaborating with test and release teams. You will lead the team of engineers, employees, contractors, vendors responsible for the coding & configuration across various IT systems deployed on-premises and within the cloud. You will also lead the development of enablement capabilities to ensure continuous delivery, integration, and testing.

**Responsibilities will include**:
Lead delivery of the design develop, deploy, run of a high quality, scalable and performant solutions.

Understand the business vision and target operating model

Align engineering capacity and skillset within the technical team to business priority and needs

Continue develop, maintain, and improve technology enablement processes and practices, technical delivery, and ensure teams are aligned

Increase maturity of Devops practices

Work collaboratively with the Testing Chapter to develop quality and testing practices.

Work collaboratively with Product Owners, BAs, architects.

Coach, mentor and help engineers in the team

Strong technical leadership experience

Strong understanding of Configuration Management, Environment Management, Release Management processes

Experience of leading development teams producing solutions managing sensitive data and public facing technology environments

**Excellent communication skills**

Great systems knowledge

**MUST BE MELBOURNE BASED**

**Remuneration**:
Open to a total package of between $180-220K (Including Super)

**10-15% bonuses available depending on individual circumstance (NPO Benefits)**
