Are you an experienced enterprise Sales Leader with a strong digital transformation SaaS background? This position will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Corporates Sales function in Asia and Emerging Markets to meet high growth sales, revenue, retention and organizational objectives.

You will be responsible for leading the AEM territory end to end business, from lead generation to sales close, designing and developing strategies to increase market share and grow short and long term business through management of the function.

This is a senior role responsible for leading Sales Directors across MENA, South Asia, South East Asia, Greater China, and ANZ with a focus on Global Tax and Trade and the Risk portfolio. You will be nurturing C-Level business relationships, ensuring the success of a robust thought leadership program & ensuring the high profile brand of TR in the market. The role sits on the AEM Leadership team, reporting to the MD Asia & Emerging Markets.

**About the Role**:
In the role of Head of Corporate Sales AEM, you will:

- Drive high performance in the team to achieve primarily annual gross sales.
- As a member of AEM leadership, the role will also contribute to overall retention, net sales/book of business and revenue targets
- Develop overall short and long term sales channel strategy to ensure that the sales and revenue goals are met, overseeing the rapid building of pipeline in support of the commercial plan.
- Provide regular forecasting, monitoring and reporting of all necessary financial information, including new sales & new business opportunities
- Partner with Commercial Excellence, Strategic Alliances, Client Relationship Management and Proposition & Marketing teams to create and execute go to market strategies that maximise current and future growth of products and solutions
- Close and regular engagement program with C level of key clients and proactively engage with prospects and new clients to build strong relationships
- Build high performing, cohesive, customer focused solutions sales teams. Identify, develop and retain high performing sales professionals.
- Use your ability to coach and support sales team in the sales process and cycle in order to close business

**About You**:
You're a fit for the role if you have:

- Will likely have a previous exposure to SaaS / Cloud technologies and solutions
- Finance, Accounting, Business / MBA or relevant qualification OR experience five years plus of sales leadership / general management experience. P+L experience not essential but advantageous.
- In-depth appreciation of the challenges within the Corporates segment and ability to inspire confidence with expert knowledge of the solution to the sales team
- Demonstrable selling experience, effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead, mentor and coach and develop Sales team, leading to successful achievement of planned objectives and outcomes
- Proven sales track record and an extensive professional network
- Excellent presentation skills
