**The Opportunity**
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Sales team in this full-time permanent role. You will be part of a collaborative, fun and supportive team who thrive on customer service and sales.
Your role will be to convert both inbound and outbound sales leads and provide the best health insurance options based on the customers needs. We are looking for passionate sales individuals who strive for success, and in return you will be rewarded with great incentives for your hard work.
This role is working on a rotating roster between the hours of 8am to 8pm (AEST) Monday to Friday, including one Saturday a month, 9am to 4pm.
You will be provided with two weeks of comprehensive training which will be conducted virtually, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (AEST).
This is predominantly a work from home role, however there will be a requirement to attend a worksite to conduct work-related activities from time to time, in which case you would be provided with notice. You do also have the option to come into the office as often as you like for engagement and connection with your team.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Conducting needs analysis through effective questions and providing the most suitable products to our customers
- Create value by highlighting features and benefits, unique services, and diversified product options
- Objection handling
- Fund product comparisons
- Building rapport to understand our customers and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Providing complete and accurate information to our customers by following compliance guidelines

- You are a motivated and sales-driven person
- You are great at communicating over the phone in a compassionate and friendly manner
- You will have experience working to targets in a sales environment
- You can think on your feet and tailor your response to different situations and people
- You thrive on being able to solve problems and offer solutions
- You are a team player who supports your colleagues to deliver the best results

Group interviews will be held from the 29th-30th of March, with the role commencing the 1st of May, which will include 2.5 weeks of virtual training (full attendance required).
