**What's the story?**
We are looking for Full-Time Platinum Consultants to join the growing team. In this role, you will deliver better health to our customers and to Australia through our provision of health services, our health system advocacy, and our work in the community.
**The role**:
As a member of a strong and supportive team that puts our customers first, your role involves servicing and delivering exceptional customer service to our existing corporate members, potential corporate prospects, and corporate groups. The Platinum Consultant will also be responsible for managing and resolving cases or escalated complaints from our frontline channels, health concierge, and other stakeholders.

Through building strong relationships, you create quality customer experiences to ensure every member leaves with the peace of mind that their cover aligns with their health, lifestyle, and well-being goals.
**Your every day**:

- Providing the Medibank Corporate Members and Corporate Groups with tailored service by providing great outcomes through genuine interactions
- Resolving complex subsidies for our members
- Provide options to corporate members by proactively identifying appropriate Health Cover options, services and products
- Proactively promote the corporate products in alignment with the client group agreement
- Own and service escalated inquiries when they arise. Take responsibility to manage and resolve cases or escalated complaints from frontline channels, health concierge and other stakeholders
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our Medibank culture, which promotes an empowered, result-driven, quality and team-focused environment.
