The Independent Review Office (IRO) is looking for IT Systems Administrator to join our team

- Salary ranging from $101,947 - $112,849 base per annum plus superanuation
**About the organisation**
The Independent Review Officer is an independent statutory office established under the Personal Injury Commission Act 2020. Simon Cohen is the current Independent Review Officer.
The Officer is supported by an expert team, the Office of the Independent Review Office (IRO). The statutory functions of the IRO include to:
- find solutions for persons injured at work or in motor vehicle accidents with complaints about their insurers.
- manage and administer the Independent Legal Assistance and Review Service (ILARS)
- conduct inquiries into matters arising in connection with the operation of the Personal Injury Commission Act 2020 and the workers’ compensation and motor vehicle accident legislation.
**About the Role**
As the Systems Administrator for the IRO, you provide technical support for the day-to-day operations of the organisation’s operating CMS system Resolve Software and the operating systems that support the day-to-day operations of the Independent Review Office.
**Your main duties will include**:
- Provide technical and business administration and leadership to customers on products, systems and configuration.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to provide technical support in resolving service issues.
- Monitors analyse and report on systems performance and functionality to contribute to systems quality and improvement of the Resolve Operating System
- Install or upgrade computer components and software, troubleshoot as required
- Proactively identify business risks and opportunities to continually improve efficiencies.
- Contribute to building capability within the System Support Group of the IRO, ensuring effective knowledge sharing and coaching to support optimal customer service
