**Recruitment Consultant - Full-time** **Location**: (Hybrid)work from home + Melbourne Office

**Salary**: $80,000 to $85,000+ Super
⏳ **Hours**: 38 hours per week

**About Us**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.**

**Recruitment Process Management**:
**Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.**

**Client Relationship Management**:
**Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their business and recruitment needs.**

**Compliance & Reporting**:
**Ensure compliance with Australian employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.**

**Team Collaboration & Development**:
**Work closely with team members to share best practices and collaborate on client projects.**

**Stay updated with recruitment trends and contribute to improving recruitment strategies.Requirements**

2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Masters degree in HR or MBA or related field (preferred)
