Capitol Health is a national network of community-based medical imaging clinics including the brands: Capital Radiology, Radiology Tasmania, Imaging Olympic Park, Fowler Simmons Radiology, Women's Imaging and Direct Radiology. We focus on providing affordable imaging services, supported by the latest technology, accessible clinics, and skilled, compassionate staff.

**About the Role**

An exciting opportunity is currently available for a recruitment professional to join our organisation for 6 months to drive best practice recruitment solutions to our business and be largely focused on supporting our Victorian portfolio.

**About you**

You enjoy the challenge of a competitive market and coming up with new and innovative ways to find and attract talent and have a proven ability of building ‘talent communities’ and maintaining ‘talent pipelines’ to meet the future workforce needs as the organisation continues to grow.
- Have recruitment experience in volume recruitment or sizeable, geographically dispersed
- Possess strong stakeholder management skills and effective communication
- Be resilient and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Be results-oriented and demonstrates a high level of ownership and accountability in delivering outcomes
- Be able to articulate ideas and think laterally to overcome obstacles and solve problems.
- Demonstrated experience with recruitment software
