Abergeldie is a locally owned contractor with 30 years of industry experience in Australia and New Zealand. We design and deliver projects in the Water, Bridges, Transport, Underground, Energy, and Remediation industry sectors.

Our projects include dams, bridges, tunnels, water and wastewater treatment facilities, rail infrastructure, electrical substations, marine works, and pipeline rehabilitation—the complex infrastructure needed to build better communities.

**About the Graduate Program**
Our Graduate Program is designed to give you hands-on experience in workplace safety, risk management, and compliance within the construction industry.

Over the two-year program, you will:

- Work alongside experienced HSE professionals across diverse infrastructure projects.
- Gain practical experience in safety systems, audits, and site inspections.
- Receive structured mentorship and training to develop your technical and leadership skills.
- Play a key role in ensuring a safe and compliant work environment for our teams.

**What You’ll Bring**
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented graduates with a passion for workplace health and safety.

Additionally
- A degree in Psychology, Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- A keen interest in construction safety, risk management and compliance.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A valid Construction Industry White Card (or willingness to obtain).
