
Client Engagement Sales Officer

The Client Engagement Sales Officer will be responsible for handling and directing inbound enquiries, identifying and generating sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving targets. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales orientation, and a deep understanding of customer needs.
This role will revolve around dealing with inbound patient or client enquiries and guiding the client to the right health professional as well as confirming and booking appointments. This full time contractual role is placed within a large allied health centre in western sydney that is centred around holistic care. This team of passionate health professionals includes dietitians, exercise physiologist, occupational therapists, psycholigists, physiotherapists and podiatrists as well as a dedicated administration and engagement team.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve targets.
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through implementation of marketing strategies, networking and other means.
- Guide clients by listening to and understanding their needs as well as display empathy
- Coordinate to book appointments and schedule consultations
- Maintain existing client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and techniques.
- Experience with CRM software and other sales tools.
**Salary**: $30.00 per hour
