Twilio is seeking a Workplace Operations Lead in the Sydney Office to join the Real Estate and Workplace team. This individual will be in a hands-on role leading office operations. We’re looking for a smart, motivated and experienced lead who will deliver a best-in-class workplace environment and customer service to our Twilions..

**Seniority**

**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Purchasing and Vendor Management - Manage suppliers by negotiating contracts, controlling costs, reducing risks, and ensuring business needs are met
- Office and Team Coordination - Coordinate the smooth and effective day-to-day administrative operations of an office or team
- Facilities and Asset Management - Source and manage the tools, services, and processes that support the operations of the organization’s office and assets

- Collaboration - Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals
