We are currently seeking a
**People & Performance Coordinator** to join a developing childcare organisation with centres all over Australia. Our Client is a privately owned business with a purpose to provide early education and care that exceeds educational standards.
Join a passionate and professional team that are committed to giving careful attention to every task and every relationship during your child’s educational journey.
**Your responsibilities will be**:
- Be the first point of contact in HR
- Answer general people related queries
- Update people related policies
- Maintain systems information
- Prepare letters and contracts
- Administer workers compensation claims
- Administer our Wellness Program
- Coordinate and administer RTO and traineeships
- Monitor absentee reports
- Maintain HR files
- Review metrics
- Assist in developing reports
- Other special projects as required.
**About you**:
- An experienced HR assistant/coordinator, or agency sourcer/internal sourcer/recruiter interested in building your skills across human resources
- Passionate and dedicated about producing work of a high quality and maintaining a high standard
- Experienced in working independently and managing your time effectively
- Highly organised with proven experience juggling a long task list, and wide range of demands
- Friendly and professional, with exceptional support skills
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the changes needs of the business as it continues to grow
- A team player, happy work together to achieve big picture outcomes
- Able to build strong relationships with people at all levels of the organisation
- A strong problem solver
- Attentive to the detail
- Highly motivated and driven, and looking for ongoing growth and development.
**Skills and experience**:
- A Degree in Human Resources/Psychology/Business, or equivalent relevant qualifications
- 2-3 years local experience in a similar role
- HRIS skills preferred, but not essential
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail
