**Job Description**:
We are seeking a recent Human Resources Graduate, or Human Resources Coordinator to provide coordination and general HR support to our supportive and friendly People Team, as well as internal management and stakeholders. The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Contributing to the design, delivery and implementation of company-wide HR projects and initiatives.
- Assisting in the development, implementation and maintenance of effective HR policies and procedures.
- Managing the employee onboarding and induction process.
- Coaching employees and managers on HR systems and processes.
- Providing support to the Learning & Development function including researching and identifying training providers, coordination training and maintaining training records.
- Organising employee events and wellbeing initiatives.
- General coordination and administrative support including management of employee files, preparation of HR correspondecne and documentation.
**Qualifications**:
The incumbent in this role will require the following:
- Tertiary qualification in Business or Commerce majoring in Human Resources.
- Previous experience providing operational Human Resources support.
- Strong attention to detail and personal initiative.
- Exceptional administrative and organisational skills.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the business with a particularly strong internal customer focus.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality in daily work ethic.
