**THE ROLE**
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and respected Western Australian State Manager to oversee the strategic supply of hard flooring and install solutions to volume builders in the Western Australian market. As the State Manager for Beaumont Tiles, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key builders, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Development and execution of strategic plans; achieving sales targets and increasing market share within the Western Australian builder market
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with builders, acting as the primary point of contact for their needs and requirements
- Understanding builder trends, demands, and pain points to provide tailored solutions and continuously improve service offerings
- Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate the timely delivery of goods and services, ensuring high-quality standards are met
- Monitoring market conditions, competitor activities, and industry developments, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management
- Leading and mentoring sales, operational install, and customer service teams whilst fostering a high-performance culture

To be successful in this position you will also possess the following:

- Proven track record in sales and business development within the Western Australian building sector
- An existing strong network and relationships with top builders in Western Australia
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build long-term partnerships
- Demonstrated ability to analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective strategies
- Exceptional leadership abilities, with experience in managing and motivating teams
- Knowledge of the Western Australian building industry, including installation and relevant regulations and standards
