**About the Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity to join ALM as a **Promotions Coordinator - Liquor**. This role supports the Liquor Promotions and Deals team by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of pricing data and delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders. The role is pivotal to maintaining deal integrity and enhancing stakeholder satisfaction across multiple channels. **This role can be based at either our Macquarie Park or Huntingwood office.**

**In this Role**
- Accurately input deal and promotion information into Metcash systems within agreed timelines.
- Regularly review data for accuracy and proactively resolve inconsistencies in pricing.
- Act as a central point of contact for supplier and stakeholder enquiries related to promotions and pricing.
- Cultivate effective working relationships with the Buying and Category Management teams.
- Ensure service excellence by responding promptly and professionally to all requests.
- Maintain communication across stakeholders and ensure SLA compliance.

**You’re Likely a Match If**
- Excellent attention to detail and strong data entry and time management skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- A customer-centric mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
