**Description**:
About the role
As a supporting role the Hub Coordinator will ensure patients accessing the Allied Health and Specialist Services are scheduled and confirmed before arrival to appointments. This role is imperative to providing ongoing comprehensive health care for our patients.
Duties
- Actively contribute to the implementation of the Model of care with particular emphasis on the role of hub coordinator.
- Communication and Hub Targets.
- Completion of Patient exit.
- Manage calendar Bookings and waiting lists for Allied health and specialist.
- Commit to a high level of quality management for ATSICHS through use of LogiQC quality management systems.
- Ensure appropriate handling of Allied Health referrals and patient correspondence in accordance with ATSICHS Privacy Policy and Procedures.
- Commit to ongoing CQI & Clinical Governance with annual reviews into the efficiency of the service provision.
- Cultivate productive working relationships at all levels, which support the nurturing of internal and external relationships, facilitates cooperation, trust and respect, values differences and diversity and guides, mentors and focuses on the development of staff.

**Benefits**:
- $57,875 per annum (depending on qualification and experience) + 10.5% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay).

**Skills and Experiences**:
COVID - 19 Requirements
- Immunisation history showing evidence of up-to-date COVID vaccinations.
Essential
- Certificate III Administration.
- Previous experience working in an Allied Health and Specialist Administration Support Role.
- Previous experience working in a Medical Administration Support Role.
- Previous experience in working with culturally diverse people.
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets and performance outcomes.
- An ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Suite Applications.
- Sound knowledge of Allied Health Services.
- Sound knowledge of Specialist Services.
- Sound knowledge of Medical Administration Processes eg referrals, booking patients, scanning confidential records.
- Sound knowledge of MBS.
- Please note that it is a genuine requirement that this position be filled by an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person in accordance with s25 of the Anti-discrimination Act 1991 (Qld).
Desirable, but not mandatory
- Previous experience in MMEX.
- Previous experience of working with Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander clients.
