The Live Events team form a part of our wider End User Experience group, committed to delivering the highest quality end user services, experiences and events for our colleagues and internal customers.

We are an internal team of specialists with access to the forefront of audio-visual technology. Our Live Events team work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to bring our larger-scale online and in-person events to life.

**Do work that matters**

Due to team expansion, we have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Live Event Producer to join the team. In this exciting role, you will work on planning and coordination, through to set up, execution and monitoring of these events. As part of the team of highly skilled technicians, you will get to deliver livestreams of major events to audiences in multiple locations and on multiple devices.

This multi-faceted role offers both the ability to flex your considerable technical skills, and it also combines stakeholder engagement, providing for interpersonal interactions with key figures throughout the organisation. All this in a team that is supportive and committed to continuous improvement - you’ve got to love that

**In a typical day, you will get to**:

- Liaise with internal stakeholders including communication and marketing teams, event planners and executive assistants in planning events
- Engage and work with external partners and technical specialists to support event delivery
- Organise and set up relevant production kits including cameras, switchers, streaming, audio, comms and lighting equipment, as required
- Work in a state-of-the-art broadcast control room and auditorium
- Stay abreast of new audio-visual and broadcast technology via our continuous learning philosophy at CBA

**What will help you succeed?**
- Your prior experience as a live event production technician gained within industry, events management, hospitality or other large corporates will be highly regarded
- Proven experience in delivering broadcast, livestreaming and live event services for large audiences and/or organisations will be advantageous
- Possess a strong technical and creative understanding of broadcast style set-ups, event production, streaming technologies, and system connectivity along with your ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure will help you succeed.
- You will possess strong technical operations and strong client management skills in equal measure
- Able to showcase a portfolio of previous events or media you have been involved with, as well as examples of your ability to work well with senior executives or important clients.
