This is a fantastic entry-level role, for a proactive, switched-on operator with a natural sales flair (don’t worry, there is ZERO cold calling here).

With the business growing at an impressive rate, you’ll be engaging with new followers across all of the company's social media platforms. Your love of building relationships, providing a high level of customer service and ability to juggle multiple chats at a time will see you make waves in this role. You’ll be smashing those KPI’s in no time

**So, what does the role entail?**
- Connecting with 150-200 new followers per day - sliding into DMs across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and the company website. You are opening new conversations and uncovering potential leads by asking questions about the follower and their Ecommerce business. You’re a social media detective
- Whilst most of the messages will be sent using templates you will use your critical thinking skills to engage further into the chat.
- Monitoring all incoming engagements and responding promptly and professionally to ensure maximum engagement. Your speedy fingers ensure that messages are responded to in a flash.
- Updating the CRM system with all the relevant information on your new leads.
- Working with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead to client - the sales team will take over once you’ve gained engagement from the follower/lead.
- Collaborating and brainstorming with the sales team to devise innovative new ways of capturing audiences.

**What you bring to the table**
- An absolute **PASSION **for navigating all social media channels
- A love of 'chatting' to people via DM - you could banter away all day
- Flawless written communication skills, an excellent grasp of grammar, spelling and punctuation
- Experience working with a CRM system, you have slick admin skills that keep you organised and on track
- The ability to multi-task and manage your time effectively - you’ll be trusted to run your own dayno micro-managing here
- A ‘go-getter’ and proactive attitude - you enjoy the thrill of working with KPIs
- A whizz around a keyboard

This role is built for you if you're a motivated, focused, diligent and hardworking budding sales and client experience superstar who is keen to drive your career from the ground up.

This could be your first or second job, and will then offer you the opportunity to SPRINGBOARD your career into the rapidly growing world of Ecommerce (ahhh hello online shopping) and client experience/sales in general.

You'll be offered support along the way, working with some of the most talented crew in the business, and have the benefit of a hybrid work arrangement (yes, you can work from the comfort of your own home).
