**Description**:
As the Social Media Coordinator you will bring our digital marketing strategies to life by sharing content and stories with our online community of book lovers.

**Key Responsibilities of the role**:
Coordinate the development of the social media strategy and content calendars across all platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
Create, schedule and post content across social channels aimed to increase organic following and engagement
Coordinate and develop influencer strategy and engagement
Work with our digital agency on paid campaigns
Develop engaging and newsworthy content for the Dymocks blog
Be across the latest trends and innovation, providing insights and inspiration to the wider network of stores
Work alongside the PR & Events Manager to bring online author events to our followers & facilitate the online events
Other administrative duties as required from time to time as relevant to the role (may include but not limited to packing and posting social media prizes etc.)

**Skills and Experiences**:
Tertiary qualification in Marketing or equivalent
1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
Creative mind and strong attention to detail
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work autonomously and within a team
Great Photography skills essential
Video editing experience
Good knowledge of Adobe CC suite including InDesign, Premiere and Photoshop
Great command of the written word to support the brand language and image
