**Ongoing, full time position based in Geelong**:

- **Help contribute to the rehabilitation of individuals leading to greater community safety**:

- **Salary band of $89,292 - $96,073 plus superannuation plus yearly increases**

**About the role**:
Key responsibilities include:

- Identify and evaluate factors that relate to individual offending behaviour
- Motivate and influence individuals in the case management process
- Produce detailed reports and other standard documents in line with procedural guidelines
- Monitor individual's compliance against order requirements

**About you**:

- demonstrates assertiveness and confidence in dealing with individuals exhibiting challenging behaviours
- Builds positive working relationships and enjoys working in a small, close-knit team
- Understanding of case management practices relating to complex individuals
- Practices modelling pro social behaviours and motivates those around them
- Pays attention to words, expression and body language; Recognises behaviours that promote a culture of inclusion
