Based in our head office in Belrose, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and energetic Spare Parts Specialist to work within our Customer Service Division. This is a varied role where your skills will be utilised to service and expand our spare parts business.

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaise with internal/external customers to understand their requirements and provide support through parts identification and supply
- Proactively look to increase spare parts sales by ensuring outstanding customer service
- Prepare purchase orders and process customer orders
- Undertake monthly stocks replenishment aiming to maintain high parts availability and healthy stock turn
- Provide prompt quotation support and technical advice
- Source parts locally/globally and upload information onto Dematic’s ERP
- Follow up weekly on pending quotes aiming to convert to sales
- Obtain competitive information and recommend price adjustments accordingly
- Manage suppliers to ensure the parts supply and delivery timelines (DIFOT)
- Work closely with internal customers to ensure their spare parts needs are met on time and on budget
- Assist customers with site audits of their spare parts inventory and provide advice on spare parts management
- Maintain Webstore pricing and ensure information there is current
**About You - What We Are Looking For**
- A customer focus with the desire to learn and develop your sales and people skills
- Well-developed office administration, organisational, and time management skills with proven multitasking capability
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Attention to detail and following tasks through completion
- Can demonstrate solid and creative problem-solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Competent in MS Word, MS Outlook, with intermediate MS Excel skills
- IT savvy to assist with improving our Webstore and ERP systems
- Previous experience in Real Time Logistics with mechanical or electrical background is well regarded, but not essential
- Willing to learn with a continuous improvement mindset
