**Your new role**

As an ASO3 Business Services Officer, you will be responsible for a range of administrative and operational tasks, such as:

- Timely issue of monthly service reports and fortnightly replacement reports by 10th working day.
- Completion of FBT log book spreadsheet each month.
- Annual submission of FBT log book spreadsheet to Shared Services
- Effective and timely liaison with Leaseplan
- Monitoring progress of preventative maintenance to ensure completion
- Put in timely requests to internal systems
- Arrange breakdown maintenance for non-fit-out with the building manager.
- Maintaining central pools for the Department
- Issue of service due reports
- Ensure breakdown maintenance is carried out in a timely fashion.
- Administration support to the wider team
- Arranging purchases of specialised equipment as well as service changes for equipment.
- Manage stationary and kitchen supplies
- Payment of invoices.

You will report to the ASO4 Business Services Manager and work closely with other staff members across the department. You will also liaise with external stakeholders, such as vendors, contractors, and service providers.

**What you’ll need to succeed**

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- A relevant qualification in business administration or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Knowledge of government policies and procedures
