This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-centric and results-driven officer to join the Transport and Logistics industry

**Your new role**

As the Customer Service Officer, it will be your role to service clients with day-to-day planning and enquiries. You will be providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with their transportation and logístical needs.

Your day-to-day tasks will include, but not be limited to:

- Develop strong relationships with the customer base and key contacts
- Providing estimated times for arrival of freight
- Placing bookings in an accurate and timely manner
- Problem-solving/troubleshooting pickup and delivery disputes

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Outstanding time management skills
- Excellent MS Office skills
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service
- High levels of accuracy with good attention to detail
- Experience working with Zendesk and multiple platforms will be highly regarded
