**About the role**:
As our Human Resource Administrator, you will be a key contributor and play an important role in the success of our HR team.

Your focus will be to provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR function. This hands-on role will give you exposure to many facets of HR and will provide you with a great opportunity to further develop your HR skill set through mentoring and on the job experience, including taking on various tasks and projects.

**How you’ll make an impact**
- Work in conjunction with the entire HR team to ensure continuous improvement of our employee experience
- Managing employee lifecycle activities including preparing letters for staff movements and contractor changes
- HRIS/ database maintenance
- Update HR documents and policies
- Monitoring and respond to general enquiries through the HR inbox
- Support our Learning and Development initiatives
- Maintain knowledge of relevant industry trends and legislation
- Other ad-hoc HR administrative functions, as required

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
- A minimum of 2 -3 years generalist HR experience
- Strong desire to learn, engage and contribute within the HR function
- Excellent level of communication skills, both written & verbal
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships, with a range of different people & personalities
- Demonstrated drive and initiative, with a proactive approach to work
- Personable, genuine style with a ‘positive’ attitude
- IT Savvy, including advanced Excel skills (HR Analytics)
