- Diploma / Bachelors qualification in Human Resources or equivalent
- Min 1 year experience Generalist Human Resources
- Building / Construction knowledge essential
- Knowledge of Fair Works & Work Safe guidelines
- Highly competent in MS Office & basic digital operations
- Strong work ethic and ability to stretch beyond role
- Excellent communication skills to interact across various cultural backgrounds
- Victorian Driver’s Licence. **This role would require inter yard travel**
