**Buyers Administration Assistant**

An exciting new opportunity has become available for a **Buyers Administration Assistant** to join the sass & bide family in our beautiful Support Office in Alexandria.

This role would suit someone who has experience in a similar role and looking for an opportunity to develop their career with an Australia designer label

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Product maintenance including maintaining range and delivery plans;
- Prepare weekly reports and contribute to seasonal reviews;
- Sample management;
- Support the buying team with system and admin related functions;
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders including retail teams

**We are seeking the following attributes**:

- Prior experience within a Buying Administration or similar role;
- Strong administration skills and high attention to detail;
- Excellent planning and time management skills;
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel (Intermediate Excel skills is an advantage);
- Experience with AP21 would be an advantage;
- Experience within the fashion industry would be advantageous
