Incredible opportunity for a Womenswear Buyer to join a hugely successful, global retailer. This opportunity will head up the womenswear swim and active ranges.

Our client is a leading apparel & home global retailer, operating across 9 countries with over 4,000 stores and 3 e-commerce sites. They are seeking a Buyer to join their collaborative team to drive category growth and maximise opportunities.

**About the role**:

- Responsible for the selection, purchase and delivery of merchandise in accordance to OTB.
- Develop a compelling product and brand offering that differentiates from their competition.
- Using commercial skills, combined with the ability to analyse customer's needs and research to effectively deliver long term strategic growth.
- Managing the end -to-end Critical Path processes.
- Managing and using strategies to achieve the financial plans including sales, profit and stock turn.
- Partner with the wider buying and planning team to deliver a cohesive offering.
- Commercially manage stock flow, whilst delivering a high-performance and profitable brand matrix.
- Through your leadership, develop and foster strong and mutually beneficial long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**To ensure your success**:

- Minimum 3 years experience as a Buyer in a Retail Environment within Womenswear
- Strong ability to interpret trends and build relevant ranges
- Great collaboration skills as you will work closely with other Buyers, Planners and our QA team
- Strong negotiation skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- Be able to travel locally and internationally
