The role also helps facilitate fundraising and events for those in the Mamre community. This is a maternity leave position for 14 months with possibility of extension. **_ Your main duties and responsibilities will include:_** - Working closely with the wider Marketing and Communications team to ensure objectives and expectations are met across multiple services streams - Developing and implementing print and digital campaign initiatives to increase awareness of Mamre brand and services areas in their delivery of key projects and initiatives - Assisting with internal and external events and community activities, including fundraising - Ensuring all content is on brand and aligned to key messages and consistent with Mamre strategy, values and vision - Providing support in managing internal marketing requests *** **_KEY CAPABILITIES REQUIRED _** **Essential** - A self-starter who can work collaboratively to handle multiple projects at once and meet competing deadlines - Minimum 2 years’ experience as marketing coordinator or similar role - Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills - Strong traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Youtube) marketing skills - Ability to convey important messages and connect with the audience through storytelling - Ability to understand analytical data and translate these into insights - Strong organisational and planning skills, as well as attention to detail - Demonstrated initiative, integrity, and ability to work transparently. **Desirable**: - Wordpress - Experience in the not-for-profit sector **_QUALIFICATIONS/LICENCES/CERTIFICATIONS_** **Essential**: - Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent (i.e. diploma and work experience). - Current Blue Card and Yellow Card/NDIS Worker Screening Card - NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (Mamre will assist successful applicants to acquire this) - Fully vaccinated by QLD Government Terms with the COVID-19 Vaccination - COVID-19 Infection Control Training (Mamre will assist successful applicants to acquire this) Queensland has introduced a "NO CARD, NO START" policy.
