**The Opportunity**
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Student Care Officer to join our team in Sydney. This role is a key point of contact for students, providing front-line support and fostering a positive and inclusive campus environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide professional and responsive front-desk service to students
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of student engagement initiatives and social events
- Support administrative functions including enrolments, attendance, and student records
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to support student success
- Contribute to a welcoming and efficient student services environment
- Assist with basic marketing tasks

**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A detail-oriented approach and the ability to multitask in a busy environment
- A genuine interest in supporting students and enhancing their experience
- An open and friendly personality
- Previous experience in a student services or customer service role (preferred)

Pay: $49,302.00 - $71,332.70 per year
