**About The Role**

The Conversion Optimization Manager is responsible for executing optimisation efforts to improve patient experience, maximise conversion rates and drive engagement across the business. You will work closely with marketing, sales and product teams to champion our testing capabilities and strategies, working to cultivate a data-driven, experimentation/fail-fast mindset.

This role has the responsibility of delivering great patient experiences and ensuring our propositions are brought to life through engaging digital experiences. You will use analysis and data-driven insights to identify breakpoints in the patient experience journey, delivering solutions to improve conversion and solutions for the patient.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel
- Manage and optimise landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms
- A/B test and continually measure the performance of CTAs
- Optimise our marketing’s conversion paths
- Optimise the lead-to-patient conversion rate
- Increase funnel marketing efficiencies

**About You**
- 2-3 years of experience with optimization testing tools such as Adobe Target, Google Optimize and Optimizely
- Past experience with web analytics, A/B testing, and inbound marketing tactics
- Proficient using smart CTAs and smart form features to optimize for lifecycle stage and progressively profile our leads
- Strong time-management skills along with the ability to multitask.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to ask the right questions.
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver to ensure the best commercial focus.
