About the role

This is a chance to truly own an eCommerce roadmap. We're looking for a commercially-savvy Product Manager who thrives on driving results, lifting conversion, and enhancing the user journey. You'll partner with internal teams and agencies, lead initiatives end-to-end, and embed continuous improvement practices that elevate the platform long after launch. From refining the website experience to introducing new apps and tools, you'll be at the forefront of shaping digital experiences for customers and stakeholders alike.

Key responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the eCommerce roadmap, balancing growth, reliability, and compliance.
  • Run test-and-learn programs and experimentation to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and agencies, driving adoption and championing improvements for park-facing teams.
  • Analyse insights to optimise search, discovery, and the overall customer journey, ensuring every touchpoint adds value.

What we are looking for

  • 2-4 years' experience in product management, eCommerce, or digital optimisation, with strong commercial instincts.
  • Or a strong CRO specialist with some exposure to product
  • Familiarity with tools like Optimizely, AB Tasty, Hotjar
  • An outstanding communicator who can present with confidence, influence stakeholders, and drive change.
  • A strategic, curious mindset with a focus on continual discovery, improvement, and delivering real business outcomes.
