The ambition is bold, they want to be Australia’s leading retailer. They know that customer expectations have never been higher so our service must be intuitive and personal. To do this, they are embarking on our next generation of growth and they want you to be part of it.
About the role
As a member of our CRO Chapter, you will contribute to the ongoing optimisation of websites and mobile apps for leading consumer brands. You will have a home squad but will also assist other squads, from discovery through to delivery. You will work within a number of agile, cross-functional squads that feed their learnings and insights into their product roadmaps. You will be part of planning the work needed to create better experiences for our customers in a way that delivers optimal customer and business outcomes today, and into the future.
**Responsibilities**:
- Help implement and manage third-party tools such as Fullstory, Adobe Target, etc.
- Execute the CRO efforts across multifunctional teams to develop innovative product offerings that achieve brand goals and business objectives.
- Convert qualitative and quantitative data into prioritised optimisation initiatives, and ensure these are implemented by the relevant squads.
- Build an experimentation backlog to help form the CRO roadmap, starting from planning, idea management, testing, optimisation, reporting, and forecasting.
- Work together with your squad and stakeholders to execute testing and targeting using Adobe Target, or a similar tool to optimise the conversion funnels.
- Share results and insights to the wider business to help form the digital roadmap.
- Work closely with the Analytics, Personalisation, and Design teams to get insights, and give learning inputs for campaigns, wireframes, prototypes and user interfaces.
- Keep up with the industry through research and other means, to ensure that the business and its people are leveraging up-to-date strategy and technology.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand the end-to-end customer journey and make recommendations regarding website design and user experience.
Experience, qualifications & skills | Capabilities

- 2+ years of CRO or digital optimisation experience working across client and/or agency side.
- Industry-related tertiary qualifications (Economics, Business, Digital, Marketing, Psychology, etc).
- Hands-on experience with one or more testing platforms (Adobe Target, Optimize, Optimizely, Oracle Maxymiser, VWO, etc) or a good understanding of experimentation concepts.
