Our Client is looking for a Technical Recruiter that has a vast understanding and passion about technology and recruitment? We are seeking a talented Consultant to manage the recruitment and onboarding process for technology roles within our organisation's People & Capability team. As a Technology Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technology talent for various roles, such as software developers, data analysts, and cyber security and Change professionals.

**Responsibilities**
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their technology talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment strategies, including identifying and implementing new sourcing channels and tools.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of their recruitment efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a technology recruiter, with a deep understanding of technology roles and the skills and experience required for success.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the development of effective recruitment strategies.
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple ongoing recruitment processes simultaneously.
