An exciting opportunity has become available to be an integral part of our Operations Leadership recruitment team. This team partners closely with the Coles Group business nationally to deliver high quality talent into our operations leadership roles. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional recruitment delivery for the business, as well as consultative and strategic partnering to support talent decisions and approaches. We’re serious about what we do but like to have a lot of fun while we do it.

**About the Role - 12 month Fixed Term Contract**:
**You’ll also**:
- Partner with a range of business stakeholders, providing insights and guidance to support key hiring and talent decisions
- Conduct proactive sourcing and pipelining, utilising various channels to secure talent and engaging the business to drive a consistent flow of talent into Coles
- Support and / or manage various initiatives and projects across relevant business areas

**About you and your skills**:

- Experience with end-to-end high-volume recruitment in a retail environment
- Results driven with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proven and successful background as a proactive and value add Talent Acquisition professional within an internal or agency function
