We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused **Air Conditioning Sales Consultant** to join our growing team. This is a **field-based role** covering Bendigo suburbs, where you will attend customer sites, assess installation requirements, and **close deals on the spot**.

If you're confident, driven, and have experience in sales or HVAC, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend leads provided by the company - no cold calling
- Conduct in-home/site assessments for heating & cooling systems
- Recommend suitable ducted or split systems based on customer needs
- Provide accurate quotes and close sales on-site
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth project delivery
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in **air conditioning/HVAC sales** or trade-related field preferred
- Ability to read floor plans and understand basic installation requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident with in-home sales and working independently on the road
- Current driver’s license
