**Your new company**
Join one of Australia’s largest Insurance organization's that is well known for their reputable brands and for providing a first-class customer experience. They are now seeking someone to join their team as a Client Services Consultant.

**Your new role**
In this position you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from new and existing customers to assist them in choosing the right coverage for their business insurance needs. To be successful in this position you will be a customer focused individual with excellent communication skills, strong ability to build rapport and identify sales opportunities that are in line with customer’s needs.

This is a 12 month max term position, and requires full time availability to work between during operation hours of 8:30am to 5pm.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this position you will have a well developed interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships. Other key factors to your success include:

- Experience working towards Key Performance Indicators
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Relevant industry experience is desired but not essential
- The ability to multitask and confidently manage multiple technologies
- A proactive approach and resilience to overcome customer objection
