**Your new role**

Two great new opportunities are available to work within SAPOL’s IS&T change management branch for a Business Change Lead and a Mobility Transformation Portfolio Change Manager.

As the Business Change Lead, you will be a part of a broader team where your role will be leading the change management branch and creating a centralised change management framework. To ensure there is consistency adopted within SAPOL, a pivotal part of your role will be to recommend and implement a successful framework that can be easily used across SAPOL, particularly within IS&T. Your expertise and ability to provide advice and develop guides and materials, will help lead to your success, in addition to having had previous experience implementing a change management framework within a large and complex organisation.

As the Mobility Transformation Portfolio Manager, you will be expected to provide strategic change management direction at a portfolio level on major transformational initiatives impacting the whole organisation. You will work as part of a team consisting of a Change Manager, Change Analysts and a Change and Communication Officer. Your role in this position will be more strategic and therefore, it will be important that you can look at the Mobility Portfolio as a whole to ensure there is consistency in the approach.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Significant experience working in a Change Lead/Change Manager capacity with the demonstrated experience developing, coordinating and delivering change management initiatives.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills utilising the change management standard, tools and methods for ICT and organisational change.
- Experience developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the business and externally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including negotiating, influencing and documenting.
- The ability to work under broad direction both individually and amongst a team to ensure you set priorities, meet deadlines and adapt to requirements.
- Ideally, experience implementing change management frameworks and ensuring consistent approaches are being used will be critical to the success of this role.
- The ability to think strategically and work hands on to delivery training and communication materials.

**What you'll get in return**

Salary - ASO8 $119,317 to $123,822 per annum plus super
