We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Transformation Change Lead to support SkyCity Adelaide through a significant multi-year business transformation program.

**About the opportunity**

Reporting into the General Manager Transformation, this newly created (and permanent) role will be responsible for the development and execution of SkyCity Adelaide's change management framework to support delivery of the transformation agenda. This includes the development of a fit for purpose change framework and supporting templates, oversight and change governance for all transformation programs, and the development and execution of a change leadership program to uplift leadership capability to embed and sustain transformation change.

A key element of this role will be to provide day to day guidance and support to the broader change team to ensure a consistent and coordinated change approach to implement and embed the transformation program. The Transformation Change Lead will also be responsible for evolving and managing the change execution roadmap for SkyCity Adelaide to assist in prioritising and driving business conversations on change 'doability' and points of business change saturation.

This role will work closely with all layers of leadership and provide the support and tools for business owners to ensure that they own and drive organisational change within their business units to ensure sustainable outcomes that are aligned to the broader SkyCity strategy.

**About you**

You will have a strong track record of leading and driving successful transformation change, coupled with demonstrated experience working in complex transformation programs/projects. Your experience will be coupled with qualifications in Change Management (e.g. Postgraduate certificate in Change Management, Degree in related Business, Psychology or Human Resources), as well as working knowledge of Change Management frameworks/models such a PROSCI, LeanChange, Lewins Change Management Model, ADKAR or Kotter's 8 Steps.

Being a self-starter who can deliver independently within agreed frameworks, you will have an excellent ability to manage expectations of different stakeholders and be able to manage tight deadlines and multiple concurrent tasks. You will be highly competent with working in regulated/compliance driven industries, along with influencing senior stakeholders and developing change management frameworks and templates.
