NOW Finance is an Australian-owned, specialist provider of personal loans to customers looking for a fee-free, value-for-money finance solution.

We are looking for experienced Credit Analysts to join NOW Finance and take responsibility for the credit assessment of consumer loans. You must understand the loan underwriting process, as this is not an entry-level position. You will perform with the highest level of integrity, within the NOW Finance lending policies and guidelines.

You will assist the Credit Team in maintaining a best-practice underwriting function while building and strengthening relationships with our stakeholders. This role is integral to our business operations.

As a Credit Analyst, you must be able to:

  • Assess and recommend credit decisions within your delegated lending authority, referring those outside your DLA to your Team Leader
  • Manage daily work volumes and turnaround times within agreed KPI's
  • Always ensure underwriting rules and relevant legislation and regulatory requirements are met and maintained
  • Build positive relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure positive outcomes
  • Be customer-centric, with every interaction
  • Have strong attention to detail, always adhering to the highest possible standards of integrity
