We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Full or Part-time Sales Associate to join our team and work alongside one of our experienced real estate agents. As a Sales Associate working alongside one of our real estate agents, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales process and ensuring our clients receive top-notch service. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- **Client Interaction**: Interacting with clients to understand their property needs, preferences, and financial concerns. Providing excellent customer service and building strong client relationships.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule appointments for the sales agent with qualified leads.
- **Property Research**: Conducting market research to identify potential properties that match clients' criteria. Staying updated on real estate market trends and property values.
- **Property Showings**: Assisting the agent during property showings and open houses. Showcasing properties to clients and highlighting their features.
- **Administrative Support**: such as organising property tours, inputing data to our CRM and managing communication with clients.
- **Sales Support**: Following up with potential buyers and sellers to gauge their interest and answer their questions.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
