**About the Opportunity**

Due to an internal promotion, WesTrac is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. Based from our Tomago Head Office, this role will provide end-to-end Recruitment services to our growing business. This role will focus primary on Trade recruitment across NSW and look after upwards of 40 job requisitions at any one time.

To ensure you provide the best service and value to our stakeholders, you will develop your knowledge of local markets, our internal business including our Employee Value Proposition and the industrial agreements that govern our business.

This is a high-volume fast paced role and requires a high level of attention to detail.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Facilitating the end to end recruitment process including; advertising, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, assessment, contracts and onboarding
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Daily use of HR information systems (SuccessFactors and PageUp) and compliance to processes and procedures
- Partnering with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies
- Reviewing performance of adverts and conducting back end searches in Seek
- Proactively following up on pre-employment progress such as medicals and references
- Working collaboratively with the team with a focus on continuous improvement
- Providing timely updates to your leader for the purposes of reporting

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced end-to-end recruitment role is highly desirable
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Professionalism and ability to maintain a positive and solutions focused mindset
- Strong administrative skills including high attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks based on impact
- Self motivated and committed to meeting deadlines
