**About the Opportunity**
Essential to your success in this role is your ability to quickly develop a robust understanding of our business and partner with Hiring Managers to deliver outstanding results in a challenging market.
To ensure you provide the best service and value to our stakeholders, you will develop your knowledge of local markets, our internal business including our Employee Value Proposition and the industrial agreements that govern our business.
This is a high-volume fast paced role and requires a high level of attention to detail. This is a full time permanent opportunity working Monday - Friday from our Tomago Head Office.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Facilitating the end to end recruitment process including; job briefings, advertising, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, assessment, contracts/offers and onboarding
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Daily use of HR information systems (SuccessFactors)and compliance to processes and procedures
- Proactively designing recruitment strategies and using alternate sourcing strategies for niche roles
- Reviewing performance of adverts and conducting back end searches in Seek
- Supporting the delivery of diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Proactively following up on pre-employment progress such as medicals and references
**About You**
- Demonstrated experience in an internal recruitment role (3 years +)
- Proven ability to conduct interviews
- Track record of delivering key recruitment metrics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Professionalism and ability to maintain a positive and solutions focused mindset
- Strong administrative skills including high attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks based on impact and meet deadlines
