- UGL Defence is currently working towards the award of a fuel related Asset Management, Operations and Maintenance contract with Defence. We are recruiting a P&C Coordinator, to join our business in what is an exciting and unique opportunity to work in the Australia Defence environment to support the national security requirements of the Nation.

**The Role**

This is an all-encompassing role, reporting the P&C Manager and supporting P&C, recruitment, and training functions for our new Defence Fuels contract. The coordinator is responsible for, but not limited to:

- Transactional support and facilitation of all onboarding and offboarding; drafting and issuing contracts, maintaining payroll/HR systems, issuing inductions
- Preparation and upkeep of employee files and databases (SAP and Taleo)
- Respond to general enquiries and refer to appropriate team members when required
- Provide various reports for performance reviews, probationary periods, metrics, and others

**On Your First Day we expect you to bring to the team**:

- Previous experience working in a similar role, supporting a diverse P&C function, will be highly regarded
- Proven experience in a high-volume administration role
- Working knowledge of SAP is preferred, similar systems considered
- Organised and methodical approach to work, with well-developed communication skills (written and verbal)
- Willing to be adaptable and flexible to support the broader team
