Our client is seeking a bright, forward thinking, & energetic HR Administrator or Coordinator for a 6-month FTC. This is your chance to join an incredible team & report directly into an inspiring HR Director. This is the perfect opportunity to upskill & expand your HR toolkit quickly & work within a top tier organisation.
**About the Role**:
You will play a pivotal role within the P&C team and will be responsible for:
- Responsible for the administration and data integrity of our payroll systems (HR3 and Xero) for the InfoTrack, Perfect Portal and triSearch businesses.
- Responsible for compiling key HR metric reports including monthly headcount, WGEA, recruitment, remuneration survey submissions and turnover, etc.
- Assist the People & Culture team where required to deliver strategic HR initiatives and projects aligned with the business objectives.
**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Ideally 1-2 years’ experience in a HR Admin or Coordinator position.
- Strong drive, motivation, creativity & ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- A proactive and energetic style with outstanding communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills & skills across the Microsoft suite.
