**The Role - Donor Engagement Specialist**

Reporting to the Donor Development Manager, the Donor Engagement Specialist will join a dedicated fundraising team who foster collaboration and respect in their roles every day. As Donor Engagement Specialist, you will maximize individual giving and philanthropic revenue through gift and wills, major and mid-level donors and grants, trusts and foundations.

**As Donor Engagement Specialist you will be responsible for**
- Support the delivery of a donor-centered strategy
- Identify, cultivate, nurture, and grow relationships with new and existing supporters
- With support from Donor Development Manager, create GIW stewardship engagement plan and fundraising strategy
- Database management and input, track and report relationship management activity
- Foster Collaboration and respect

**Your Skills and Attributes**
- Proven success generating philanthropic gifts or gifts in will programs
- Portfolio management
- Passionate about MS Queensland’s vision and values
- Experience in growing and nurturing relationships through cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding supporters
- Data analysis skills and experience
- Demonstrated ability to use CMS or CRM for record management
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
