About this opportunity

Reporting to a Senior Philanthropy Manager and working as part of a high-performing major gifts and partnerships team of 5, you'll be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth through the execution of the organisation's major gift strategy.

This role blends strategic input with hands-on delivery and accountability for outcomes. Key performance requirements include:

  • deliver and grow income from major gifts ($10,000 and above)
  • actively manage a portfolio of major donors and qualified prospects
  • support and be actively involved in specific appeals and capital campaigns
  • apply disciplined and best practice moves management to nurture donor relationships
  • use data-driven insights to inform organisational fundraising strategies
  • develop compelling proposals and tailored donor engagement strategies
  • foster collaborative relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders to develop philanthropic opportunities.
