**About the role**:
**Sporting Wheelies is looking for a high performing, highly motivated, passionate and enthusiastic worker based in Brisbane office. Part Time position with flexible number of working days.**

We are looking for someone who has superior attention to detail and amazing interpersonal skills. This role requires someone who is consistently accurate, has meticulous administrative skills, exceptional customer service and marketing skills.

**What will I be doing**:

- Design and deliver fundraising campaigns aimed at supporting the objectives of the organisation
- Manage fundraising platforms to maximise efficiency and accuracy of fundraising reporting
- Assist with the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans to enhance organisational visibility
- Create and distribute engaging marketing content, managing subscriber preferences to optimise communication impact
- Coordinate logistics, manage schedules, and oversee event execution

**What is essential for this role?**
- Current QLD Driver’s Licence
- Demonstrated experience in grants and funding research with a track record in securing financial support for organisational objectives
- Proven skills in marketing and communications, including strategic planning, content creation, and effective subscriber management
- High level of communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience in event coordination, possibly from planning to execution, including volunteer and donor engagement
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to support various projects and departmental needs efficiently
- Previous experience in a similar role within a non-profit or community service organisation, particularly in the sports or disability sectors is desirable
