Our client is building upon a team of resources in the D365 CRM space requiring
- a) D365 Field Service Functional Lead
- b) D365 Field Service Consultant

**Requirements**:

- 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Reviewing client business processes, re-engineering the client’s processes to improve efficiency.
- Performing many of the functional tasks required for a successful CRM implementation.
- Create functional requirement and functional design for customizations
- Create estimates for implementation tasks
- Provide MS Dynamics field services SME expertise to client and mentor team members
- Data migration (Data mapping) from external systems into MS Fields Services
- Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing
- Conduct user and administrator training
