Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join our team and lead the development and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Contact Centre solutions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building intelligent, scalable, and cloud-based customer service platforms that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Development


• Design and implement D365 Customer Service applications tailored for contact centre environments.


• Integrate D365 with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and other cloud services to enable predictive and omnichannel customer care.

Technical Leadership


• Collaborate with senior business and technology stakeholders to define architecture and solve complex business challenges.


• Lead agile development teams and mentor junior engineers in best practices and platform capabilities.

Customisation & Configuration


• Customise D365 CE (Customer Engagement) modules to meet business-specific requirements.


• Configure workflows, entities, dashboards, and business rules to support contact centre operations.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement


• Work with internal users and external partners to gather requirements and deliver enterprise-grade CRM solutions.


• Participate in solution envisioning, demos, and technical workshops.

Required Skills & Experience:


• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, especially Customer Service and Omnichannel Engagement.


• 4+ years of experience in software engineering with languages such as C#, JavaScript, or Python.


• 2+ years of experience in distributed computing and cloud-based application development.


• Experience with Azure services, Power Platform, and integration tools.


• Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex solutions in an agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Azure.


• Experience in enterprise-scale CRM implementations.
