We're looking for a Data Migration Consultant with experience in ERP projects to join a high-profile D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation based in Sydney. This is a great opportunity for junior to mid-level professionals to deepen their experience on a major transformation initiative in a supportive and dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with functional and technical teams to support data migration activities for a D365 F&O implementation
  • Assist in mapping, cleansing, validating, and transforming data from legacy systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and resolve data quality issues
  • Support data load cycles and provide post-migration verification and reconciliation
  • Document processes, data structures, and data lineage as needed

Qualifications:
  • 4 years of experience in data migration or data analysis, ideally in an ERP or enterprise systems context
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or similar ERP systems is highly regarded
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data transformation tools
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data validation techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple data sources
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a project environment
