This is a unique opportunity to join a leading Enterprise information technology firm. We are a key provider of specialist IT consulting, development, training and support services to a wide range of clients in Australia, New Zealand, USA, Europe, and internationally.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced D365 Field Service Functional Consultant to join our team in Australia.

This role is a WFH opportunity, can be based anywhere in Australia, initially on a 6-month contract with strong likelihood of extension.

**Role Description**

They work closely with solution architects, developers, testers and project managers to ensure that the solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements for a client.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Implementing designs provided by and in collaboration with a solution architect and the standards, branding, and artifacts established by user experience designers.
- Collaborating with quality assurance team members to ensure that solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation

**Skills**
- Experience working with enterprise customers either in Centre of Excellence teams or as a Consultant
- Extensive experience working with the D365 Customer Engagement Apps, specifically D365 Field Service
- Demonstrated experience across D365 Field Service key configuration areas such as resources, characteristics, incident types, work orders, inventory, service agreements, resource scheduling, inspections, service tasks, user roles, mobile app and offline data synch.
- Extensive technical, development and administration experience with Dynamics 365 modules
- Proficient in customizing entities, developing Power Automate flows and D365 business rules
- Demonstrated experience with large and complex development projects using Microsoft D365
- Very good understanding of Power Platform and Azure Services
- Experience with leading requirements gathering and solution design
- Experience working in Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to liaise and negotiate with stakeholders in a professional and ethical manner.
- Industry business process knowledge of Utilities or Manufacturing - Desirable

**Education & Certifications**
- Tertiary education or equivalent in IT, Engineering or Business-related discipline is preferred
- Microsoft MB-240 certification or equivalent Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant certifications are highly preferable
- Microsoft PL 200 Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant certification is a plus

**Salary**: $130,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
